Synchronicity and common values brought our team together earlier in 2021. Our first episode was broadcast on 6th April 2021 and now, only four months later, we are ranked in the top 1.5% of all podcasts worldwide.

Our intention is to inspire change within the construction industry. We hoped by putting together a high-quality podcast that this might help start some important conversations that may cause ripples of positive change over time.
