The Constructive VoicesVolunteer Programmeoffers an exciting opportunity for students, recent graduates, writers, media producers, and all others passionate about making a difference. This initiative is designed for individuals who want to develop their skills while contributing to meaningful change in the world.
Through the programme, volunteers gain hands-on experience in media production, writing, and storytelling, all while amplifying stories that inspire positive action. Participants work closely with an engaged and supportive team, learning to craft impactful content that highlights solutions to pressing global challenges.
Content can be written-only, supported by imagery, audio, audio and words, video etc. We are open-minded and flexible. This is also the case when it comes to hours and schedules.

If accepted on to The Constructive Voices Volunteer Programme, you will:
Be featured on the Constructive Voices Volunteers Page; assuming you deliver the work you promise and do it well, you will remain on this page forever. So, in other words, an excellent reference for prospective employers.
Have the content that you produce, be it written, audio, video or any other media, featured on the website forever. You can link to it from your CV or any other relevant place.
Be able to include Constructive Voices as part of your LinkedIn profile once you have delivered your first agreed piece of work correctly. You will need to state that you are part of the Volunteer Programme.
Receive a Certificate of Participation in theConstructive Voices Volunteer Programme, once you have produced a minimum of three pieces of content.
Be able to request a reference for prospective employers once you have produced a minimum of three pieces of content.
VIP: We retain the right to refuse any of these if the work is not up to standard after mentoring or other issues are not in tune with our ethics and brand.
