Our Process
We select partners based on a variety of criteria. Fill the short application form, and we will be in touch with you to let you know if you are a good fit or not. If not, we will explain why. In some cases, you may be able to reapply in the future.
How It Works
We work with your brand to discover the best topics to showcase your expertise. Each month, someone from your company will be featured as an expert for around five minutes on a relevant podcast episode.
You can choose different team members each month, if you wish.
Website
Each expert feature will also be included on the website every month on the relevant podcast page. This will include a brand mention and a link back to your website.
Podcast
Each month, one of your team will be featured on a relevant podcast episode, for around five minutes, as an expert contributor.
Assets
The full podcast episodes will be made available as an embed code to your team. The files of the individual presentations by your experts will also be supplied. These assets can be used in many ways.
Location Reporters
We recommend using at least one of your twelve months to be a location reporter. These pieces will be featured in a place-based podcast to update the audience about what is happening in London, Lisbon, Cobh in Cork and locations of all sizes. Assets will be supplied as normal.
Marketing Tools
Whatever tools you have in your marketing arsenal, these will strengthen it. The approach is unique, and the communication of expertise will be authentic and personable. Rather than sending a long document, imagine educating potential clients in this easy-to-digest way.
Social Media
From your monthly expert contribution, we can supply AI-generated highlight clips. These will be interesting, scroll-stopping snippets that showcase your brand's authority on its topics.

What is the Constructive Voices Partner Program?

Who is it for?
Built-environment brands doing positive, solutions-focused work on climate change and biodiversity loss.
How does it work, in a nutshell?
We agree the best topics for your expertise; each month a team member appears for around five minutes on a relevant podcast episode, and that expert feature is added to the episode’s webpage with a brand mention
How often will we be featured?
Monthly, for the duration of your participation.
Can different team members appear each month?
Yes—you can rotate experts to match the topic.
What visibility do we get on the website?
Your monthly expert segment is included on the podcast’s page with your brand mention, reaching our audience of 30,000+ monthly visitors.
What assets do we receive?
An embed code for the full episode plus the standalone audio/video files of your segment, which you can repurpose across channels.
Do you provide social clips?
Yes—our system generates AI-generated highlight clips from your expert’s video or audio.
What is a “Location Reporter” segment?
We recommend that you use one month, at least from the 12 months, to file an on-the-ground update from a city or region (e.g., London, Lisbon, Cobh in Cork), which is then featured in a place-based episode. You’ll receive the usual assets.
You can do more than one month, if you wish, to build your company’s reputation as a niche expert in a specific location.
How are partners selected?
We review applications against program criteria, notify you if it’s a fit, and explain if not. In some cases, you may reapply later.
Is it really invite-only—can we still apply?
Yes. The program is invite-only, but there’s a short application form to express interest; qualifying brands are then invited to join.
Do we keep rights to use the provided assets?
Yes—the segment files and embed code are provided so your team can use them widely in your marketing.
Do you help with topic planning?
Yes—we collaborate to identify topics that best showcase your expertise and align with audience interests.
What editorial standards apply?
Segments are expertise-led, personable, and solutions-focused, consistent with our mission to break down silos and accelerate climate and biodiversity action.
What happens if we’re not accepted?
We’ll explain why, and in some cases, you may be able to reapply in the future.

REFUND POLICY: We are confident that you will be happy. But if, for some reason, you are not, we will refund your annual Program Partner fee within the first month. We will make refunds after this initial period on a pro rata basis. Each case will be considered according to our Terms & Conditions.
