As a writer, interviewer, and story producer, I’m passionate about sharing meaningful stories. But not just any stories – ones that inspire people to take action and help shape the world they live in.
As a former communications director in non-profit and public relations sectors, I’ve led advocacy campaigns to promote physical, mental and financial health.
But in my latest role with Constructive Voices, I’m focused on environmental health and the relationship between the built environment and the natural world. Specifically, how they need to co-exist to combat climate change and sustain human health.

Living on a farm in a growing community, I see the impact of development first hand. But through government grants, we’re actively working to restore some of our land’s natural biodiversity and improve soil and carbon sequestration. This is one of the steps I’m taking personally to help combat climate change and increase pollinator habitat.
In my role with Constructive Voices, I get to speak with industry experts to discover sustainability practices and emerging policies to protect our environment and combat climate change, which are inextricably linked to human health. I look forward to speaking with thought-leaders in the built and natural environment, as well as civic-minded neighbours working to create stronger, healthier communities.
